ONE STEP Z1 PREMIUM POLISHING COMPOUND

BRAYT Z1 Premium is a very effective and efficient compound for various surfaces in industry as well as wood paints and varnishes. Thanks to its high-quality polishing minerals, it provides a very good effect in the “cut / shine” one-step polishing process. In a short time, it eliminates defects and other operational damages leaving an ideal surface. Optimized bonding does not excessively heat up the surface. Once the polishing is done any compound residues can be easily removed.

Surface Preparation

Light Colors
White → Gray
P1200 → P1500

Dark Colors
Gray → Black
P1500 → P2000

Hand sanding

By using paper with a gradation higher than P2000, the polishing process becomes easier and allows the achievement of better final results.

Rotary Machine

Orbital Machine

Apply the paste on the element or applicator
Spread the paste at minimal speed over the entire surface (applicator wool or hard foam)
Slowly increase the machine speed to a maximum of 2000 rpm working with or without pressure depending on the surface (hard with light pressure, soft without pressure)
Polish until defects are removed, do not remove traces of grated paste
Change the applicator to a soft foam and polish to full gloss (a small amount of water is allowed)
